Cumberland County, Tennessee has released the final unofficial election results for the August 6, 2026 State Primary and General Election. Out of 49,112 registered voters, 13,267 ballots were cast, representing a voter turnout of 27.01% across all 23 precincts.

• Republican Governor Primary: Marsha Blackburn led the field with 41.89% of the vote (4,729 votes), followed by John Rose with 34.03% (3,842 votes) and Monty Fritts with 23.89% (2,697 votes).
