Key Agenda Highlights

• Data Center Ordinance: The council will consider the third and final reading of Ordinance 26-0286, which formally establishes a new chapter (Title 14, Chapter 12) regulating data centers within the city limits.

• Water Treatment Upgrades: Under other business, the council is scheduled to discuss a proposed contract with H2O Innovations for a 7.0 million gallons per day (MGD) membrane filtration system at the Meadow Park Lake Water Treatment Plant, alongside discussions regarding wholesale water rates.

• Budget and De-annexation: Lawmakers will vote on the final reading of the fiscal year budget amendments (Ordinance 26-0289) for year-end adjustments and deliberate on a de-annexation request for parcel TMP 101 021.03.
