A Pikeville woman was arrested early Saturday morning after crashing her Jeep on Genesis Road, according to the Crossville Police Department.

Officers responded to the single-vehicle incident at approximately 2:42 AM on August 8, 2026. Investigators report that 27-year-old Rebecca A. Marsteller was driving a black 2006 Jeep Wrangler southbound on Genesis Road when she traveled about 100 yards through a ditch, re-entered the roadway, crossed into the opposing lane, and overturned onto its top in a ditch.

Marsteller admitted to officers that she had consumed a couple of beers prior to driving. After performing poorly on standard field sobriety tests, she was taken into custody. Authorities secured a search warrant for blood samples, and pending test results, Marsteller faces charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep in proper lane.

Despite the vehicle sustaining disabling damage and requiring a tow, Marsteller sustained no injuries in the rollover.
