CUMBERLAND COUNTY I-40 Utility Work both directions from MM 316.9 to MM 328.9: Law enforcement‑assisted rolling roadblock between Exit 311 eastbound and Exit 329 westbound. Message boards, signage, and law enforcement vehicles will be present. CUMBERLAND COUNTY I-40 [304.4-306.6] from MM 304.4 to MM 306.6 bridge repair and resurfacing: Construction continues within the median of I‑40. Traffic has been shifted along the project route. CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-24 [0-0.16] from Putnam County Line to C189 bridge repair: The contractor continues working on the bridge repair on I‑40 at MM 304.6 or SR‑24 at LM 0.24. SR‑24 has been reduced to one lane with temporary signals. Motorists should use caution in the area.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-24 [15.056-15.56] from Crossville city limits to Seventh-Day Adventist Church and School bridge replacement: The contractor has closed SR‑24 at LM 15.06 to LM 15.6. This closure will remain in place for the duration of the project. A detour is posted along SR‑462 and SR‑1. The contractor will begin with clearing and utility work, then proceed with replacement of the Obed River bridge. Motorists should use caution and utilize the posted detour. RESTRICTIONS: Both lanes of SR‑24 are closed at LM 15.06 to LM 15.6.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-28 (US-127) bridge construction and paving from north of I-40 (LM 17.8) to near Potato Farm Road (LM 22.7): The contractor continues grading activities throughout the project limits. Traffic has shifted from near I‑40 to near Tabor Loop. Lawson Road is closed with a posted detour using Tabor Road. Temporary lane closures and periodic traffic stoppages may be necessary. Flaggers and advanced warning signs will accompany any closures. Motorists should use caution as traffic patterns change.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-28 [12.61-14.96] from near SR-392 to near US-70 resurfacing: Resurfacing continues on SR‑28 (Main Street) from SR‑392 (Miller Ave.) to near SR‑24 (Elmore Rd.). Work occurs nightly Sunday night through Saturday morning from 7 PM to 6 AM. Temporary lane closures and flaggers will be present. Motorists should seek alternate routes as needed.

Lowe Rd (LM 29.2) to north of SR-62 (LM 1.9): Traffic has shifted to the new alignment from LM 29.2 in Cumberland County to LM 1.87 in Fentress County. Traffic will be restricted to two lanes. Flaggers will be used intermittently. Motorists should use caution, watch for new signage and pavement markings, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
