A wanted fugitive from Guam has been captured by local law enforcement after being taken into custody on separate local charges.

Vincent Tenorio was arrested and booked by Officer Shank of the Sparta Police Department, facing local charges of Forgery and Theft of Property. Following his apprehension, authorities discovered that Tenorio is also listed on Guam’s Most Wanted list in connection with outstanding Schedule II drug charges.

Law enforcement has issued a bulletin indicating that seven other individuals may be associated with Tenorio and could be operating within the local area, specifically highlighting a female individual featured in department photographs. Officers and the general public are urged to remain vigilant.
