MICHAEL SHANE BRADLEY FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES INCLUDING CHILD ENDANGERMENT AND DUI FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP
A local motorist is scheduled to face a slate of charges in Cumberland County court following a traffic stop by state troopers late last month.
Michael Shane Bradley faces six total counts stemming from a July 26, 2026, incident involving Officer Michael Lowe. According to court records, the arrest occurred after a trooper pulled over a white sedan for failing to maintain its lane of travel.
Upon contact, law enforcement reported smelling marijuana and observing a child seated in the rear passenger compartment. Field sobriety tests and subsequent admissions by the driver led to his arrest on driving under the influence charges. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded drug paraphernalia and a substance or device intended to falsify drug tests, alongside simple possession charges.
Charges include: Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, DUI (First Offense), Simple Possession, Drug Paraphernalia Possession, Device to Falsify Drug Tests, and Failure to Maintain Lane
He faces a total bond of $25,000.
