ROCKWOOD CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS ZONING CHANGES, TAX DISCOUNTS, AND NEW GRANTS TONIGHT
The Rockwood City Council is set to hold its regular meeting tonight, Monday, September 28, at 6:00 p.m. at Rockwood City Hall. The meeting is open to the public and will feature dedicated time for public comments.
With no old business on the agenda, the council will dive straight into a busy schedule of new items. Key highlights include:

Zoning Amendment: A first reading will consider rezoning a property on Clymersville Road from R-2 (Medium Density Residential) to R-4 (Multi-Family Residential).

Tax Incentives: Lawmakers will evaluate an ordinance to introduce discounts for residents who pay their city property taxes early.
