PERRY HOWARD FACES TRIAL ON RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT AND VANDALISM CHARGES
Perry Nathan Howard is scheduled for a court deadline hearing in the Cumberland County Circuit Court on October 6, 2026, facing multiple felony charges stemming from a June 2025 shooting incident on Potato Farm Road.
According to court records and an affidavit filed by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy Nathan Lewis, law enforcement responded to Potato Farm Road on June 21, 2025, following reports of a male subject shooting at an unoccupied house. Deputies made contact with Howard at the scene and located three firearms and a box of ammunition inside an open shed behind his residence.
Investigators confirmed that shots had been fired across the street toward a neighbor’s property. Authorities observed multiple bullet holes and fresh bullet impacts on the victim’s residence. Subsequent checks revealed that one of the firearms recovered was stolen.
