Theodore (Ted) R. Bazley, age 91, of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, May 30th, at home. He is survived by his wife: Marilyn. A private service will be held at Fairfield Glade Methodist Church Sunday, June 4, 2017. The family requests any donations to be made to Hospice of Cumberland County.
