Devin Cody Stokes and Kacie Renee Nicole Hughes are scheduled to appear in Cumberland County Circuit Court on Tuesday for a deadline hearing following an October grand jury indictment.

Both defendants face felony charges for allegedly possessing 0.5 grams or greater of fentanyl with the intent to sell or deliver on April 28, 2026. Stokes faces an additional charge for manufacturing, delivering, selling, or possessing methamphetamine with intent.

Stokes is represented by the Public Defender’s office and is held on a $150,000 bond. Hughes is represented by attorney Jeff Vires and is held on a $100,000 bond.
