The Rockwood City Council will hold a special called session Monday, August 14, 2017 at 5 p.m. to appoint a new city judge. Mark Foster had been the city judge for the past three years. Foster stepped down this month to join his wife in Kentucky who took a pastor position at a church there. She was the pastor of Rockwood First Christian Church.
