Funeral services for Douglas Edward “Rif” Rifner, age 65, will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 3 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Burial will follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Survivors include his wife: Cindy Rifner; sons: David Rifner and Joey Burnett; sister-in-law: Lori Ducey; brother: Greg Rifner and Scott Rifner; second mother: Elissa Crothers; and sisters: Ann Newson and Nikki Shipp.
