Phyllis Virginia Swartzlander, age 75, of Crossville passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017. She is survived by her husband: Joseph E. Swartzlander II; children: Michael T. Logan, Joseph E. Swartzlander III, Heather K. Swartzlander, Kevin T. Swartzlander and Monica J. Swartzlander; daughters-in-law: Michelle Swartzlander and Kylara Swartzlander; and brothers: A.R. McDaniel, David Winkler and Charles Winkler. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Crossville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
