A Knox County man is being held in a Roane County jail after being indicted on child sex crime charges. Police arrested 47-year-old Richard Dee Solomon of Knoxville and charged him with two counts of solicitation of a minor and three counts of soliciting a minor to observe sexual contact. The indictment states one of the solicitation charges stems from a request that Solomon made on Facebook requesting a graphic photo of an underaged girl who was actually a law enforcement officer posing as a child. Solomon was transported to the Roane County jail.
