A Cumberland County man has been indicted for rape. Court papers say 57-year-old Benny Jay Mullins of Crossville is accused of the act involving a 15-year-old female in August of this year. Mullins was placed under a $80,000 bond at the Cumberland County jail. Mullins will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court on November 6, 2017.
