Cumberland County deputies recently stopped a vehicle for a violation on the 6000^th block of Lantana Road. According to the arrest report, officers found 25-year-old Robert Lee Howard of Spencer in possession of a glass pipe with meth residue inside, a bag containing a crystal like substance and a loaded firearm. Howard was arrested and charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs and the unlawful possession of a firearm.
