Yesterday, Cumberland County deputies responded to a vehicle accident with an injury at the 5700^th block of Peavine Road. Officers arrived and reportedly found the occupant, 27-year-old Joshua Wesley James of Knoxville intoxicated. James was arrested and charged with his second driving under the influence violation. Deputies say James was convicted of DUI in Anderson County back in 2011.
