A Roane County man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop over this past weekend. Deputies pulled over 44-year-old Carl Lewis Collins for driving on a suspended license. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a set of digital scales and two bags of meth. Collins was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.
