Two people were treated onsite by medical personnel yesterday after a two-vehicle accident in Cumberland County. Troopers say a 2018 Volvo tractor-trailer driven by 44-year-old Murat Sezen of New Jersey and a Chevy van operated by 48-year-old Phillip Daniel Husband of Nashville were heading west on I-40 at the 313 mile marker when Husband lost control. Sezen swerved to avoid a collision and ran off the road, striking a tree. Husband’s vehicle also came to rest against a tree.
