An accident last night in Roane County left one dead and another arrested. Troopers say a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Stacey Neil Vance rear ended a motorcycle operated by 58-year-old David Hughes of Kingston. Hughes was flown to U.T. Medical Center where he passed away this morning from injuries sustained in the crash. Vance was charged with vehicular homicide and taken to the Roane County jail, where he was initially held without bond.
