Early yesterday morning, Crossville police were called to intercept a wrong-way driver on I-40 around the 317 mile marker. At least five different motorists reported 30-year-old Vanessa Nicole Tippie of Deer Lodge nearly hit them as Tippie was traveling at a high rate of speed. Tippie was arrested for driving on a suspended license and five counts of reckless endangerment.
