Thursday may have started out with dense fog but by midday skies were clearing and the afternoon was fantastic with sunny and very warm. This weather pattern will continue through the weekend only it’s going to get hotter, we could see anywhere from the upper 80s to low 90s for the weekend. A few clouds drift through from time to time and some more patchy fog in some areas at night but rain chances will stay 20% or less until the middle of next week. The national high today was 117 at Death Valley California and the low was 34 at Bodie State Park California. Just seems weird doesn’t it that the national high and low would occur in the same state, from mountains to desert in the same state.
