The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) Executive Committee ratified action this morning by the agency’s policy council to allow agency attorney Danny Rader to negotiate a severance/contractual agreement with former Executive Director Luke Collins not to exceed $27,500. Collins was fired back in May after misconduct accusations against him were revealed to UCHRA board members.
