BOND REDUCED FOR SUSPECT IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY MANSLAUGHTER CASE
A Crossville man charged with fatally shooting his aunt earlier this month had his bond lowered in Cumberland County General Sessions court. Thirty-seven-year-old Stacey Dwight Austin is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the shooting of 55-year-old Teresa Faye Austin. In court, Judge Larry Warner reduced the bond for Stacey Austin from $1 million to $100,000, assigned a public defender to represent Austin and set a new court date of July 12.
