A Roane County man has been sentenced for a string of burglaries in the Swan Pond, North Harriman and Rockwood communities. In court yesterday, Judge Jeff Wicks gave 37-year-old Timothy Shawn Fink of Harriman 12 years to serve in prison. Fink was indicted last year by a grand jury on 14 counts including aggravated burglary, theft of property, burglary and vandalism.
