A Morgan County man wanted in Morgan and Roane County for violating the sex offender registry has been captured. District Attorney General Russell Johnson says 27-year-old Matthew Ryan Humfleet was taken into custody late yesterday afternoon. Humfleet pleaded guilty in 2016 to two counts of statutory rape and received a three-year sentence. The charges involved two 15-year-old girls.
