The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 16-year-old was charged this morning with driving without a license following an accident in Cumberland County. Officers responded to the corner of Lantana Road and Taylor’s Chapel Road where the teenager in a Toyota Camry pulled into the path of a Chevy Blazer operated by 22-year-old Amber Douglas of Crossville. Douglas sustained minor injuries.
