An inmate in the Cumberland County jail was charged Monday after attacking another inmate with a broom. The report indicates 23-year-old Zachary Allen Lewis of Crossville also punched a kiosk at the jail and busted the screen causing $1,000 in damage. Lewis faces additional charges of aggravated assault and vandalism.
