A Roane County man lost his life in a vehicle accident in Knox County last night. Police say Arthur S. Cupcutt of Kingston died after a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Cedar Bluff and N. Peters Road. Initial reports indicate one person was traveling westbound on N. Peters Road and the other vehicle was traveling southbound on Cedar Bluff. One vehicle failed to stop at a traffic light and the two vehicles collided in the intersection, flipping one of the vehicles. The front passenger in that vehicle was Cupcutt. Officers say others involved in the crash either received minor injuries or were not hurt.
