Richard Milton Medlin, Jr., age 81, of Rockwood, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018. Survivors include wife of 40 years: Vera Medlin; sisters: Betty Cline (Thomas), Frances Rosier, and Shirley Wade; and brother-in-law: Mike Eames. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 13, 2018 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Graveside and burial will be in Roane Memorial Gardens with full military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard and the Tennessee Army National Guard.
