The Tennessee Sweetheart pageant was held yesterday at the Palace Theatre in Crossville. The event featured all first runner-ups from across Tennessee from their respective county Fairest of the Fair pageants. First runner-up from this year’s Cumberland County Fair, Kaitlyn Lee, won yesterday and was crowned 2018 Tennessee Sweetheart.
