A Cumberland County sex offender is heading to prison. A judge sentenced 40-year-old David Wayne Blake to three years to serve at 35 percent. Blake violated the terms of the sex offender registry by failing to report his new address within 48 hours of moving. Blake was placed on the registry after a 1999 conviction of child molestation.
