The Kingston Police Department is investigating a theft from Subway on North Kentucky Street this week. A surveillance video showed a subject walk into the closed store after using a key to make entry. The person wearing a Subway shirt then disarmed the alarm, went to where money was kept, took $197 and left the scene. Charges are pending in the incident.
