A deputy in Cumberland County pulled over a vehicle Tuesday on Highway 127 for a light law violation. A consent search of the automobile 23-year-old Joseph Robert Altum of Crossville was driving supposedly revealed a plastic bag containing meth. Altum was arrested and charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth.
