James Victory Hackler, Jr., age 71, of Harriman, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at his home. Survivors Include wife: Rosalie Hackler; son: Bobby Sigley; son: James V. Hackler, III (Maria); and daughter: Cindy P. Lee; 7 grandchildren. Cremation plans have been made.
