A vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 70 East and Peavine Road in Crossville caused traffic backups for a short time yesterday afternoon. Police say 24-year-old Tessa Dixon was stopped waiting for her turn to proceed at the 4-way when a 2009 Jeep Cherokee operated by 37-year-old Lisa Back of Sparta slightly struck the rear of her car. Both drivers were not hurt.
