A single vehicle accident yesterday in Cumberland County left one man injured. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2001 Ford Expedition driven by 23-year-old Austin Hembree of Crossville was traveling west on Interstate 40 at the 334 mile marker when he left the road and struck a cable guardrail. The vehicle then flipped several times and came to rest on its top. Troopers say Hembree was charged with DUI and failure to exercise care.
