ACT SCORES SHOWING IMPROVEMENT IN MORGAN COUNTY

Morgan County schools’ 2017 ACT scores showed marked improvement over the 2016 scores, leaving administrators both pleased and optimistic about the results. Morgan County saw higher scores in english, math and science, and had a composite score that was .2 percent higher over 2016’s statistics. Reading scores were the only ones that decreased, from 18.7 to 18.6. The numbers are really encouraging,” said Assistant Director of Schools David Treece. Our teachers are working very hard, and our students are putting forth the effort, and it shows”
