Flooring manufacturer AHF Products, based in Mountville, Pennsylvania, is finalizing the acquisition of Crossville Inc. in Crossville, Tennessee.

The acquisition is AHF Products first outside of wood and vinyl.

Crossville Inc. is a subsidiary of the Curran Group, a privately held family-owned holding company.

“AHF has been discussing a potential combination with Crossville and has reached an agreement in principle to do so,” said AHF spokesperson Michele Zelman. “AHF believes Crossville is a strong brand with great history and would fit well with the AHF portfolio.”

Company officials did not disclose details of the acquisition.

AHF Products has branched into luxury vinyl tile manufacturing and operates nine manufacturing facilities.
