ALABAMA REMAINS NUMBER ONE IN LATEST COLLEGE POLL

The top eight on the Associated Press college football poll released yesterday (Sunday, October 22, 2017) remained the same. Alabama (8-0) and Penn State (7-0), both easy winners Saturday, kept the top two spots in the Week 9 poll. Georgia (7-0) is followed by TCU, Wisconsin, Ohio State, Clemson and Miami. Notre Dame jumped six places into the top 10 at No. 9, replacing Oklahoma which dropped to No. 10, after a win over USC. USC dropped 11 spots to No. 21 after the loss to Notre Dame and Michigan dropped 10 spots to No. 25 after the loss to Penn State.
