Albert Junior Hawkins, age 72, of Rockwood, passed away May 27, 2018. Survivors include daughter: Tonya D. Jones; grandson: Tae Jones; godson: Jordon Hardy; brothers: Earnest Henley (Olga), Terry Henley (Nisha), Paul Henley (Peri), and William Henley; sisters: Mary Wilson, Marie Knaff (James), and Gail Gallaher (Richard); aunts: Lea Arnwine, Pauline Arnwine, and Eva Carney; sister-in-law: Odella L. Ward; special & devoted friend: Dorothy Eskridge; a special cousin who was more like a brother: Gene Arnwine; special relationships that he held dear: Johnny Johnson, Julian Eskridge, Denise Flack, The Spiritual Harmonizers of Roane County, Eunice Brown, Frank Carney, Billy Thomas, Pam Roddy, and James Linson, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral services will follow Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Evans Mortuary. Committal services and interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
