ALL CITY OF CROSSVILLE OFFICE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

All City of Crossville offices are currently open by appointment only during the COVID-19 pandemic and will remain so until further notice.

The police department, located at 115 Henry Street, has a drive-through window to pay fines and tickets. You may call for an appointment or questions at (931) 484-7231.

To obtain a burn permit within the city limits or speak to someone with the fire department, call (931) 484-6144.

Everyone is encouraged to utilize the drive-through window and/or online services for Crossville City Hall offices, located at 392 North Main Street. Water payments can be made online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/crossvilletn or by calling toll-free 833-209-4457. Service fees are still being waived for online and phone payments. The drive-through window is open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., and the night drop is located beside the drive-through window.

All building permits and inspection requests are now processed online at www.mygovernmentonline.org
