ALLRED AND RUSSELL ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
Cumberland County deputies recently served a search warrant at a home between the 7000 and 7200 block of Plateau Road.
The arrest report says officers located a canister containing oxycodone, morphine, and risperidone pills and a piece of aluminum foil inside.
A deputy allegedly observed multiple items consistent with drug paraphernalia within the residence in plain view.
Officers also recovered a stolen laptop.
Deputies arrested 37-year-old Andrea Lynne Allred for the manufacture, sale, delivery, or possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacture, sale, and delivery of a controlled substance.
Law enforcement also took 47-year-old John Edward Russell into custody for possession or casual exchange of meth, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture, sale, delivery, or possession of meth, introducing contraband into a penal facility, and two counts each of manufacture, sale, delivery of a controlled substance and simple possession of drugs.
