ANDREA HAINES FACES MOUNTING CRIMINAL CHARGES FOLLOWING MULTI-YEAR CRIME SPREE

A local woman is facing an extensive list of criminal charges in Cumberland County General Sessions Court following a series of alleged offenses spanning from early 2025 into 2026, including vehicle theft, narcotics smuggling, burglary, and criminal impersonation.

Court records show that Andrea Nicole Haines was set to appear on a comprehensive docket covering multiple separate law enforcement investigations:

March 2025: Stolen Vehicle and Fake Identity

Haines’ charges stem back to March 26, 2025, when officers investigating a suspicious Blue Nissan Frontier at the Red Roof Inn made contact with her. She initially gave deputies a false name and was unable to produce valid identification.

Investigators determined the truck—valued at approximately $5,000—had been reported stolen by its owner, who stated Haines had taken a spare key without permission. During jail intake and a subsequent strip search, deputies observed Haines attempting to swallow narcotics, uncovering a container with Oxycodone/Acetaminophen pills. She was formally charged with theft of property ($2,500–$10,000), criminal impersonation, simple possession, and contraband in a penal facility.

August 2025: Jail Contraband and Methamphetamine

While being booked into jail on August 25, 2025, on a Failure to Appear warrant, a routine body scan detected hidden contraband. Haines admitted to carrying illicit substances, leading officers to recover approximately 0.51 grams of methamphetamine and unprescribed Oxycodone pills. This resulted in additional counts of meth possession, simple possession, and bringing contraband into a penal facility.

February 2026: Storage Unit Burglary

In February 2026, surveillance footage captured Haines illegally entering a GoStoreIt storage unit on February 11 and stealing roughly $600 worth of property. Although most of the stolen items were eventually recovered, warrants were issued charging her with burglary of a non-habitation building, theft under $1,000, and manufacturing/delivery/possession of methamphetamine with intent.

Summary of Docket Charges:

  • Contraband in a Penal Facility (Multiple counts)

  • Theft of Property ($2,500 to <$10,000 & Up to $1,000)

  • Burglary (Other than Habitation)

  • Methamphetamine Charges (Possession & Possession with Intent)

  • Simple Possession / Casual Exchange (Multiple counts)

  • Criminal Impersonation

  • Driving Without a License
