ARNOLD ARRESTED ON SEVERAL DRUG CHARGES

A Cumberland County deputy stopped a driver on Highway 70 North this week for failing to dim headlights for oncoming motorists. The report states 32-year-old Amy Michelle Arnold told the officer she had a suspended license. She allegedly had two pill bottles in her crotch area, one supposedly containing two pills and a small bag containing a substance believed to be cocaine. Arnold was charged with possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and three counts of simple possession of drugs.
