ARREST MADE AFTER SHOTS FIRED IN ALTERCATION IN KINGSTON NEIGHBORHOOD

An incident Saturday night on Kingwood Street behind the former Raceway Market in Kingston resulted in shots fired. The report states 23-year-old Hunter Kape Caskey got into an argument with an individual. That supposedly led to Caskey discharging a firearm with bullets striking a house and vehicles. No injuries were reported. Caskey faces several charges including five counts of reckless endangerment, two counts each of aggravated assault and manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs. Caskey is being held in the Roane County jail under bonds totaling $165,000.
