TBI Agents have made an arrest in a Cleveland arson case. 32-year-old Jon David Hembree has been charged after turning himself in Monday. Firefighters responded to the blaze last week which destroyed three buildings of the Mercy Tabernacle Church in Benton in Polk County. Hembree has the same last name as the church’s associate pastor Scott Hembree. The TBI is continuing the investigation, while the cause of the fire is still unknown.
