ARREST MADE IN REPORTED THREAT AGAINST BUSINESS
A Roane County man is facing charges after an alleged threat against a Cumberland County business. Crossville police were recently advised to be on the lookout for a silver Chrysler with a driver armed with a shotgun. Police stopped the driver, 36-year-old Thomas Mack Arnold of Harriman, at Kats Car Wash who was taken into custody. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a 12 gauge shotgun, marijuana and pills. Arnold was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County jail. According to the police report, Arnold allegedly threatened employees of a rent to own company.
