Cumberland County deputies arrested 31-year-old Joshua Ryan Bullard of Crossville Friday for a recent physical altercation.

The arrest report released today states Bullard and a female with him arrived at a residence on Deep Draw Road and attacked a woman.

The victim was allegedly hit and kicked over 30 times.

As the victim attempted to flee, Bullard allegedly kicked her through a partially open door and then hit her in the head with a metal object.

Officers observed a laceration on the right side of the victim’s forehead.

Bullard was charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was processed into the Cumberland County jail and initially placed under a $10,000 bond.
