ERRATIC DRIVING IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY RESULTS IN TWO ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

A Cumberland County deputy recently observed a motorist in a Chevy Trailblazer reportedly driving erratically on Trails End Road.

The vehicle stopped. A check of the driver, 53-year-old Sandra Harrette Falk of Jamestown, revealed she had a revoked license.

Deputies allegedly saw a small plastic bag containing pills at the feet of a front passenger, 45-year-old Melissa Suzanne Byrd of Clarkrange.

A search reportedly revealed meth and several pills.

Falk was arrested for the manufacture, sale, delivery, or possession of meth and three counts of simple possession of drugs.

Byrd was charged with the manufacture, sale, delivery, or possession of meth, simple possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence.
